After a big move, I called on a referral, Marc Cram, to help me get organized (climb out from under the boxes). After, I felt compelled to remark on my experience. I had had a handyman before so I knew what I was looking for. I kept a close eye on Marc to see how he would stack up.
— I wanted someone intelligent with experience. Got it! ….but more, diversity. Marc has done everything from fixing an old clock with much sentimental value, to help with moving (boxes, pictures on walls, etc) to fixing wireless printer, fax and scanner etc. etc etc. And while I’m on that:
— I wanted someone who was up to date (technologically knowledgeable). Marc can do it all. Plus he has the rare skill of being able to use both side of his brain. He can do the above and explain as much or as little to you as desire. The outcome, your 21st century item works, and you work it.
— It was a must that they have honesty and integrity. Marc says what he thinks and his projects all reflect quality. He does not do “fast and dirty” jobs.
— I wanted someone who was reliable and trustworthy. I would feel comfortable leaving Marc alone in my home to work. He shows up on time, calls on time and finishes jobs on time. What more can I say?
— I wanted a pleasant person. Marc has a great personality, wry sense of humor and is fun to work with.
— I’ve had people who have spent more time smoking, talking or eating than working. I don’t want lost time. Marc does not waste my time ($$) He comes organized, with tools and supplies he anticipates needing, he works quickly, and at times he anticipates what I would like before I do.
— Finally, if someone made it through the above list, they had to be affordable. Marc is not only affordable, but you get so much more for your money.
I look at Marc Cram as the person who melts not only the “do” list, but the stress! He is the gift I give myself. I would highly recommend him to all.

Marc has done work around my house (computers, refinishing furniture, home maintenence, gardening – he is an extraordinary gardener!) for quite a few years now and always does a top quality job. He works diligently and thoroughly until the job is finished. He keeps his word and you can trust him and count on him.
If I could think of more ways to praise him I would … just give me some time.

I am Marc’s x-wife. Most x-wives don’t relate to their x-husband. Marc and I have a different relationship. We have continued to be best friends and will be forever. He is that kind of guy. When I learned that Marc was doing this new venture of “Home Guru” I thought, what a perfect fit. Marc is very talented. He knows so much about technology and many things and is very focused on projects and helping people. His nature is very pleasant and he gets the job done, he makes it look easy. He has continued to help me, setting up my computers, home stereo system and working on my web site. I can not say enough about Marc and how helpful he has been to me in my life. He’s awesome! I would recommend him to anyone.
